To qualify for a refund product must be in its original sealed packaging.  This does not apply if the items is defective.   Please note: shipping cost will not be refunded. Once opened, playing cards cannot be returned. For any return, you must first contact us requesting a return authorization form. Sales Tax: Sorry to the folks in the great State of Ohio, we have to charge you 7.5% sales tax, however since you are close by, your products will arrive faster than orders sent out of the state.   To all you folks outside of Ohio, NO TAXES! on your purchases.
